Raising All Boats

For SHIFT 2023, the theme "Raising All Boats" was chosen to spark discussion about how Halifax's unprecedented growth rate has strained our already burdened housing and transit systems. SHIFT 2023 took place on March 10th at Alderney Landing in Dartmouth. It featured keynote presentations from Antonio Gómez-Palacio and Tolulope Victoria Akerele, panel discussions, workshops and debate.
